From sketch to finished products
📍Step 1 – Share Your Brief
Send us your design file, reference photos, or even a rough description. Include materials, and estimated quantity. The more detail, the faster we move.
📍Step 2 – Quotation & Feasibility
We return a detailed quotation covering materials, mould costs (if any), unit pricing at various MOQs, and estimated lead time.
📍Step 3 – Sampling & Prototyping
We produce a physical or 3D-printed sample for your approval. You review, request revisions, and sign off. (Up to 1 round of revision included.)
📍Step 4 – Production
Once approved, we move to full production. Every piece passes through our in-house QC checkpoints — casting, stone-setting, polishing, plating, and final inspection.
📍Step 5 – Packaging & Delivery
Pieces are packed to your spec (or ours), quality-checked one final time, and shipped to your warehouse, store, or fulfilment centre. We handle export documentation where needed.
