Base Pricing: Displayed prices represent our lowest-level grades that are in stock; premium grades may differ.
Market Fluctuations: Prices are based on recent data and are subject to change.

You do not need to pay immediately. 
After you send out the order, we will email you back for quotations and confirm the ordered items with you one by one. 
After confirmation, we will then issue the invoice for payment. 💲

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is ONE card or ONE Pack. 

Pendant:  5-10 pieces;

Earrings: 2 (big piece) - 6 pairs;

Beads: Sold by string. Minimum of 6 strings. You can mix and match stones and sizes.

Bracelets:  Minimum of 3 - 6 strings. You can mix and match stones and sizes.

Briolettes / Loose Stones: 10 - 20 (small size) pcs

* 10 pieces normally - 20 pcs for small sizes like 6x10mm

Generally speaking, the best quality is AAA, while AB is rather low quality.

AAA > AA > A+ > A > A- > AB+ > AB

🔍 We grade by the colour, special pattern & amount of inclusions.

The photos shown in our catalog are for your reference. It may be a top grade or medium grade. 

The stones are graded from mass production, we try our best to select the most similar on one card/ pack. Please understand there is variation among one card/ pack because of the nature of natural stones.

We work in many shapes & sizes. Yet we have some common sizes which we regularly make to stock for most stones ( that means you can re-order easier).

Round/ Square Cushion: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 20mm

Oval/ Pear/ Rectangle: 6x8, 8x10, 8x12, 10x12, 10x14, 12x16, 13x18, 15x20, 18x25mm

Marquise: 8x20, 8x25, 8x30, 10x20, 10x22, 10x25, 10x30mm

If you cannot find the size needed:

We usually cut the common sizes for stock. If you have sizes not found on our website, you can email us if we can cut it for you.

Not every product we put on the website is in stock. 

You can use the filter on the left on the collection page to filter STOCK STATUS - In Stock / Out of Stock.

For those out of stock, you can still Add to Cart and we will check if we can produce again.

* The stock status is based on the last date we update the website. The inventory is moving fast so it may be out of stock at the time you send an order to us. But no worries, our staff will get back to you about the stock and advise alternative or arrange for production.

Yes, we understand the need to inspect quality first.
While our standard minimum is $500, we offer a Starter Sample Pack allowing you to select fewer quantiy (or mixed items) to test our quality, even if the total is below $500.
Please contact us directly for the arrangement.

If the items are in stock, we typically prepare and ship samples within a few days.

We perform strict Quality Control (QC) before every shipment.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a refund or replacement.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.


Please Note: Natural gemstones may have inherent inclusions or "sandholes."
These are natural characteristics of the stone and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We use authentic 92.5% Sterling Silver for most of our jewelry.
(unless other specific material)
Every piece is stamped with an official 925 or S925 hallmark to guarantee purity.

All our silver jewelry is plated with Rhodium/ Gold for a premium finish and tarnish resistance.

Durability: With proper storage (sealed conditions), the plating maintains its quality for a very long time. In humid, open-air environments, the finish typically maintains its integrity for up to one year.

care: If the jewelry loses some shine over time, a simple wipe with a jewelry cloth is usually enough to restore its luster.

Gemstones: Yes, we use natural gemstones.
The only exceptions are specific man-made stones such as Blue Gold Sand.

Pearls: We use 100% genuine natural (cultured) pearls. We do not use imitation pearls.

Yes, we have existing certificates available for some of our materials.
If you require a specific lab test report for the batch you are ordering, we can arrange this service
(lab fees are covered by the customer).

Our MOQs for customized orders are:
Rings, Earrings, & Pendants: 30 pieces/pairs per design.
Bracelets & Necklaces: 10 - 30 pieces per design.

In-Stock Items: Prices are listed as fixed.
New Production: Prices are calculated based on: (Current Silver Market Price × Weight) + Labour Cost + Stone Cost.
Note: Due to fluctuations in the precious metal market, production prices are subject to change based on the daily silver rate.

Yes, we can send worldwide by different shipping options, e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF Courier 順丰快遞 ✈️

Generally speaking, if customs clearance is smooth, by FedEx Priority:

Hong Kong -> Australia, Japan, Thailand: 2 working days

Hong Kong -> Most European Countries/ USA: 2-3 working days

Shipping cost varies from month to month, for a brief estimation by FedEx Priority service, 1KG Parcel to the non-domestic area:

Thailand: ~ $35

Japan: ~$45

Singapore/ Malaysia: ~45

Australia: ~$60

USA/ Europe: $60-70
