Website Access

To gain access to our website,
1/ please complete the registration process and submit your company information for review.

2/ Once you have registered, our team will verify your account, which may take 1-2 working days.

3/ Please check your email, including your spam or bin folder, as you will receive a notification when your account is approved.

We have implemented this process to ensure that our website is exclusively accessible to wholesale customers and not the general public. We appreciate your understanding.
Once you have completed the registration process by either filling out the forms or signing up with a social network account, you will need to wait for our approval, which typically takes 1-2 working days.

When your account is activated by us, you will receive an email (please check your Spam or Bin folder if you can't find it) as confirmation.

This procedure is in place to ensure that our website is accessible exclusively to wholesale customers and not the general public. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Yes! You have the option to sign up using your Facebook or Google social network account.

However, if you are a first-time user, we kindly request that you provide us with your information to complete the registration process.

Please check your email for further instructions and kindly reply to us accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.

Signing up with your social network account offers added convenience as you won't need to remember an extra password specifically for our website.

It's important to note that we do not have access to your account password since it is encrypted by either Google or Facebook, ensuring the security of your credentials.

*If you have ALREADY access to our website:

1/ Select the products
2/ Add to Cart
3/ Proceed & click "Send Order" on the next checkout page
4/ We will email 📧 you with quotation & stock photo 📷 to confirm
5/ Finalize items for invoice
6/ Payment and then ship! :-) ✅

We do not show any price, except for sale items, because there are various grades & weights that we cannot set one uniform price for all variations.

Please send the order via website, our staff will receive the order and Email you back with quotations.

For sale items, we only display the Highest Price if that sale item contains different grades or weights. You can notice the items without size specified, e.g. Assorted Shape, and Irregular shape, usually comes with various prices.

You do not need to pay immediately. 
After you send out the order, we will email you back for quotations and confirm the ordered items with you one by one. 
After confirmation, we will then issue the invoice for payment. 💲

1/ On the login page, you can click "Forgot your password?"
2/ Then enter the Email you have registered, and click "Submit".
3/ You will receive an Email 📧 to guide you to reset your password.
4/ Log in with your new password.  ✅

Shipping

Yes, we can send worldwide by different shipping options, e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF Courier 順丰快遞 ✈️

You can contact us if you want more information. 

Generally speaking, if customs clearance is smooth, by FedEx Priority:

Hong Kong -> Australia, Japan, Thailand: 2 working days

Hong Kong -> Most European Countries/ USA: 2-3 working days

Some places may take a longer time, please provide us the full address with zip code to check an accurate delivery time.

Shipping cost varies from month to month, for a brief estimation by FedEx Priority service, 1KG Parcel to the non-domestic area:

Thailand: ~ $35

Japan: ~$45

Singapore/ Malaysia: ~45

 

Australia: ~$60

USA/ Europe: $60-70

You are welcome to contact us for an exact quotation.


We have a cheaper option to send by SF courier, which is around half of FedEx Priority cost. The Delivery time is around one week.

** 1KG parcel contains around 300 big - 1000 small pieces cabochons or 100-200 pieces of jewelry

If not specified, our staff will send by the most economical option to save your cost. 💰 Options like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Post-office. We will send you the tracking information after the parcel is collected.
